 Open Source Software

Sometimes Churches have computers but they are not able to afford productivity software to put those computers to work.  Here is a list of open source software that churches can use free of charge.

www.openoffice.org - Office Productivity Suite.
Clamwin - Open source antivirus program.  Very limited on features but will scan for viruses.

Gimp – Open Source Alternative to Photoshop.

PDF Redirect – Acrobat Pro alternative.  Free for basic and only $20 for the pro version.

GnuCash – Open source accounting software.

There are many other out there if you are willing to search for them.  Also if you have used any open source software that you would like to recommend, please let me know.
