UMCOR brings food, medical Care and water to Zimbabwe

The General Board of Global Ministries reports a breakthrough in Zimbabwe amidst dire food shortages and increasing diseases of poverty. After months of careful planning, including the overcoming of political obstacles, The United Methodist Church, acting through the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), has launched major, life-saving relief and humanitarian services in Zimbabwe.
